Staff are friendly and the location is such that you can get to the MRT and the Skytrain quite easily. Just a tip - the rooftop pool is very pleasant but do note that there's no shallow end and the bottom rung of the pool ladder is missing. So if you're not a competent swimmer, don't get in there as you may not be able to stand up in the pool.

Very good location and the staff are always friendly, helpful and quick. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the SkyTrain and MRT. Hotel is value for money. It is very convenient to have washing machine and balcony for a longer stay.

It was at a perfect location. It’s 5 mins walk away from MRT and BTS station, make it super convenient to travel anywhere. 10 mins walk away from Terminal 21, that has all the food and shopping need. Staffs are super nice. They’re super polite and clean our room daily.

Liked what the hotel had to offer, in general. Rooms can be more up to date with regard to maintenance, just an observation, not a complaint. The Front Office staff are top notch. Very approachable, efficient and obliging. Location being on a quiet lane suited us just fine. GRAB app to the rescue for local commute.

Great location. The room was large and comfortable and the staff were all wonderful and friendly. Excellent breakfast options. We have stayed before and will certainly be staying again in the future.

the staff are great. the rooms and very comfortable and clean. the balcony is nice for space although view not the best but that is not a problem. I was going to stay 1 week and extended to 2 weeks here. if your looking for a base only and comfortable hotel this is great

We spent there 3 full weeks. The staff was very helpful, and rooms were rather large. The place was convenient and we spent good time there. The location is fine for access to transportation, shopping etc. but not the closest to the main tourist attractions.

Breakfast was good, there are varieties and everyday different breakfast. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us with few round of taxi booking with reasonable price. There is also free TukTuk from hotel to MRT and BTS. The location was near to 7-11 and other shops and restaurants nearby
